Delicious Dressing
1/2 cup of homemade mayo
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon unsweetened tomato paste (without citric acid)
1/4 red bell pepper, scrubbed and finely chopped
1 teaspoon scrubbed, peeled and grated yellow onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and chill 1 hour before serving. Keep refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid.
